PlayStack was founded on the belief that even the greatest developers need support in order to create their best work. Supported by its subsidiaries PlayFund and PlayIgnite, PlayStack offers support in three key ways; investment and development funding, market leading publishing expertise, and UA capital to build player communities and enable games to rise up the charts.

PlayStack is comprised of a team of 25 in our London office with seven more working on our bespoke technologies in Krakow, Poland. Since founding the company in 2016 we have published one VR and two mobile titles with 10 more games due this year and many more in the pipeline spanning every platform and genre. We want PlayStack to be a disruptive force in the industry and are looking for new members of our high performing team.

 

THE ROLE

The Customer Service and Community team at Playstack engages with our community on Twitter, Facebook, and Twitch, and creates content for our newsletters and in-game new feeds that drive our community. As part of that team you will be the face of Playstack to our players. Our community is fun, passionate and demanding so we want someone who embodies these characteristics.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Exceptional communication skills in English

  • Any additional language is a plus

  • Deep customer understanding and passionate customer advocacy

  • Must be an avid mobile gamer, any genre welcome

  • Experience within the video games industry

  • A passion for gaming and gaming communities

  • Previously used CRM systems such as Desk, Zendesk, Helpshift etc

  • Prior experience engaging with users on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Twitch.

  • Previous experience in Community or Customer service

  • Ability to operate as an effective individual contributor as well as a collaborative team member.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to achieve outstanding results

  • Flexible self-starter with very strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional results

  • This is a remote work position from your location

  • You would be expected to work late nights and weekends
