Purchasing

1. Prices are valid until 31 December 2006.

2. All orders will be confirmed by phone or e-mail, to inform of stock availability, despatch date and approximate arrival.

3. Every care has been taken to describe and portray the goods accurately, but slight variations in goods may occur.

Trade terms and conditions

1. Trade discounts are made by arrangement with Playstack sales staff.

2. An invoice for goods ordered will be sent out shortly after their dispatch. All invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.

3. All goods are, however, issued on a sale or return basis. A credit note will be sent out on receipt of returned stock.

4. Playstack must be informed of all returns in advance.

5. Returns must be made to the warehouse with appropriate documentation and must be in original sealed packaging.

6. Returned goods or cancelled orders cannot be accepted when the goods have been unsealed.

7. Cancellation of orders can be made up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order, please return the goods, with appropriate documentation to the Playstack warehouse. We must receive the returned goods within 7 working days of the date that the goods were delivered to you.

8. Please check all deliveries immediately for damage on receipt and inform Playstack within 3 working days of any goods that arrive in a damaged condition so that replacements can be arranged.

9. You are responsible for the cost of returning all goods to us unless the goods were sent in error or the goods are in any way faulty.

10. Returns of sales goods can only be exchanged for other goods or given a credit note.

11. Orders of sales goods can only be cancelled for exchange or a credit note.

General Public terms and conditions

1. Goods must be paid for in advance. Once payment is confirmed, they will be dispatched.

2. Cancellation of orders can be made up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund. To cancel an order, please return the goods, at your own expense, with appropriate documentation to the Playstack warehouse. We must receive the returned goods within 7 working days of the date that the goods were delivered to you.

3. Cancelled orders cannot be accepted when the goods have been unsealed.

Playstack Limited’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Playstack Limited to the customer, together with any distribution costs incurred. Playstack Limited shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Playstack Limited cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions as stated in our brochure.

Customers’ statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
