PlayStack is comprised of a team of 25 in our London office with seven more working on our bespoke technologies in Krakow, Poland. Since founding the company in 2016 we have published one VR and two mobile titles with 10 more games due this year and many more in the pipeline spanning every platform and genre. We want PlayStack to be a disruptive force in the industry and are looking for new members of our high performing team.
You will take the lead on 1-3 titles, mostly (but not exclusively) free-to-play mobile.
The role will require you to:
Build and nurture strong working relationships with each development studio and liaise with the studio leads on a very regular basis, joining their stand-ups and helping the studio to prioritise tasks according to the shared KPIs and agreed roadmap
Manage the product life cycle from soft launch through live-ops to end of life with a desire to continually optimise the title for maximum returns
Have an innate understanding of the core demographic for a game in order to successfully brief and deliver marketing assets that meet players’ needs
Have solid experience of readying a game for soft launch (knowing what to prioritise to be able evaluate early retention and monetisation)
Be comfortable with setting up A/B tests during early life cycle
Have strong analytical skills in order to work with our analytics team to discover valuable insights. Familiar with analytic platforms such as Delta DNA, Game Analytics or similar
Build and monitor user acquisition campaigns
Have experience with live-ops, product planning, roadmap development and constantly assessing and measuring success
Briefing and monitoring themed updates and events to encourage conversion (eg weekend events; or seasonal activities such as Halloween, Christmas etc)
Have a strong understanding of all the F2P marketing armoury and trends; ad networks, platforms, cross marketing etc
