You will take the lead on 1-3 titles, mostly (but not exclusively) free-to-play mobile. The role will require you to:

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with each development studio and liaise with the studio leads on a very regular basis, joining their stand-ups and helping the studio to prioritise tasks according to the shared KPIs and agreed roadmap
  • Manage the product life cycle from soft launch through live-ops to end of life with a desire to continually optimise the title for maximum returns

  • Have an innate understanding of the core demographic for a game in order to successfully brief and deliver marketing assets that meet players’ needs

  • Have solid experience of readying a game for soft launch (knowing what to prioritise to be able evaluate early retention and monetisation)

  • Be comfortable with setting up A/B tests during early life cycle

  • Have strong analytic skills in order to work with our analytics team to discover valuable insights. Familiar with analytic platforms such as Delta DNA, Game Analytics or similar

  • Build and monitor user acquisition campaigns

  • Have experience with live-ops, product planning, roadmap development and constantly assessing and measuring success

  • Briefing and monitoring themed updates and events to encourage conversion (eg weekend events; or seasonal activities such as Halloween, Christmas etc)

  • Have a strong understanding of all the F2P marketing armoury and trends; ad networks, platforms, cross marketing etc



  • Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrable success
