We depend on deep player insights and therefore will require you to:

  • Liaise and plan with the Product Managers, and our developers, what to track in game for successful analytics

  • Build models to predict the behaviour of players and performance of games

  • Analyze cohorts of different players

  • Develop reports to present to key stakeholders on game performance metrics – both player experience and commercial performance

  • Identify trends early, flag areas, and make recommendations for improvement

  • Formulate hypotheses on how we can improve player experience and game performance

  • Validate these with data and statistical analysis, including A/B testing

  • Combine data from multiple sources in your analysis

  • Working with our tech team in Poland to turn your analysis and reports into automated tools that are accessible by the wider business



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in free-to-play game analytics

  • Experience putting predictive models into production with demonstrable success

  • An understanding of what makes a good game

  • Highly skilled with SQL

  • Experience with either R or Python

  • Able to communicate findings clearly and confidently

  • On your way to becoming a leader in your field, with a desire to lead and mentor team members
