PlayStack is comprised of a team of 25 in our London office with seven more working on our bespoke technologies in Krakow, Poland. Since founding the company in 2016 we have published one VR and two mobile titles with 10 more games due this year and many more in the pipeline spanning every platform and genre. We want PlayStack to be a disruptive force in the industry and are looking for new members of our high performing team.

 

THE ROLE

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all of the social platforms, creating amazing social content and telling the story of our brands in an engaging and inspiring way. Passionate about the gaming industry, you are a natural storyteller and love to push the boundaries of creativity. You will be responsible for producing impactful and engaging social content and campaigns ensuring our social feeds are elevated, curated and reflect our brand DNA.

You will be responsible for:

  • Management of all social platforms working closely with our CMO to drive strategy, growth of channels and engagement of followers.

  • Content Creation: Creating and curating gaming industry related content across the platforms, with the focus on Playstack and PlayIgnite. You must be very comfortable in writing your own articles.

  • Storytelling: Working closely with the team, delivering visually inspiring and engaging content

  • Planning: planning all social content in line with the Marketing campaigns and driving different content across the various social channels to engage audiences

  • Create, deliver and implement all social media platform content and processes end to end - scheduling, analyzing, reporting all of the content to the PlayStack social channels

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A least 3 years working in social media for a consumer brand with a keen interest of the gaming industry

  • Exceptional storytelling ability and creative skills

  • Proven success in international markets

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and tools like Hootsuite
