Since our foundation in 2016 we have grown continuously and now operate across 3 locations; London, Helsinki and Krakow, into which we have hired some of the brightest talent to help realise our vision for ‘Publishing Reinvented.’
We have published a variety of AR, VR and mobile games with many more games due this year and a pipeline spanning every platform and genre. We want PlayStack to be a disruptive force in the industry and are looking for new members of our high performing team.
This is an exciting and challenging role for a big strategic thinker to join this global games publishing business. Using your deep understanding of the customer, the competitive landscape and the company’s products, you will develop winning strategies to drive adoption of the products, developing and supporting amazing end-to-end user experiences that delight each and every customer.
Work alongside the CMO and product managers to deliver best in class marketing plans including PR and experiential
Write go-to-market strategies for each of our games and demonstrate determination to execute it, whilst also having flexibility and be able to adapt quickly should things change
Recommend segmentation and targeting and optimise messaging to improve revenue and retention
Comfortable analysing the performance of campaigns and building a knowledge bank
Work closely with the design team to ensure a rich pipeline of creative assets
Regular health checks on our brands to ensure consistency and clarity of messaging
Responsibility for key assets such as brand bible, style guide etc
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 5 years in B2C or B2B marketing in a creative industry
A sparky, energetic marketer with a flair for developing brands
A highly creative, strategic thinker able to unlock growth
Not afraid to try new ideas - 'dare to be different'
Solid handle on reach and return on investment from marketing and PR initiatives
Comfortable looking for alternative PR angles
Able to clearly communicate creative ideas in order to win over senior stakeholders
