MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

PlayIgnite, part of the PlayStack Group, was created for that purpose and our funding model has been designed to help developers to reach new heights.
We have assembled a friendly team of world-class experts in games, technology and financial solutions. Together we will analyse a game’s metrics and provide the right amount of funding that can help attract a huge volume of players. We are focused on giving developers access to funds to scale marketing campaigns, and on giving early access to tax credits or revenues stuck at the digital stores.
The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for PlayIgnite and for driving a monthly schedule of activity; the objective of which is to ensure that we meet key growth and KPI targets.
Online / Social
Full responsibility for the company website (https://www.playignite.co.uk)
Familiar with Google Analytics and tracking web user journeys to make recommendations for how to restructure and improve content and thus conversion
Ownership of the blog, writing blog pieces and seeking guest bloggers
Ownership of Twitter & LinkedIn, both in terms of regular content that sparks conversation and in terms of advertising
Set up and manage Google AdWords campaigns, familiar with email marketing, i.e.. Mailchimp
Manage an event calendar - seek out the best events for PlayIgnite to attend, request speaking slots or sponsorship opportunities and help with presentation materials
Creating all event collateral - brochures etc
Attending events to meet clients and create meaningful social content
Analyse the success of the event (leads acquired etc)
Nurture relationships with all the key industry bodies – for example Ukie, Tiga and the IGDA in the USA
Maintain a strong set of marketing materials
Social enthusiast with demonstrable experience in digital marketing
Creative thinking delivering inspiring and relevant content whilst managing data
Experience of understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values
Experience of multiple stakeholder management
Experience of reviewing numbers and turning insights into actionable plans
Strong attention to detail
