This year we are extremely excited to bring to market a brand new type of mobile gaming experience, called ‘Snatch’. Snatch is a brand engagement platform targeting Millennials and Gen Zers; connecting them to the brands they love via GPS tracking in an AR mobile game.
This is a junior role within the partnerships team, with great opportunity to learn and grow reporting into a Partnership Manager. The team are placed to seek and explore new opportunities with Snatch’s existing strategic partners, and develop new partnerships with prospective brand partners that will augment our platform and create a unique and excellent experience for our players.
We are a growing business with huge ambitions for global expansion, so you must be prepared to demonstrate continued commitment, be a real team player and have the ability to build rapport with a variety of internal and external personnel at all levels.
Main responsibilities include:
Create impactful written content for brand pitch proposals.
Support the management of client accounts and campaigns (research, communication, administration, reporting).
Work closely with the internal graphic design team to create visually pleasing and exciting client presentations.
Commercial Management – support the Partnerships Team to ensure optimum terms and conditions for new partnerships, as well as strengthening and developing current relationships.
Contract Management – ensure that contractual terms are in place with all brand partners.
Content Management – work with the Partnerships Team to ensure the integrity and accuracy of partnership content and develop new efficiencies to manage and broaden scope of content and promotion.
Analysis and Reporting – collate, analyse and provide analytical insight into the performance of each partnership and its potential growth.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Educated to degree level with at 1+ years’ experience (or equivalent)
A highly effective communicator & negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills
Articulate & concise in written and verbal communications
Willingness to travel regularly for meetings
Approachable, friendly and patient - a people person
Pride in presenting highly polished work
Organised and used to working to deadlines
Interest in video games and the games industry
